How it works: You reserve a Green Cow half beef share today with a $799 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($2036). Then we will ship it to your door.
